What is Digital Sport Summit?

You may have noticed that banner up the top there. What’s it all about?

Digital Sport Summit is Australia’s premier sport and digital media event. Taking local examples from the people that are setting the trends in Australian sport, we’ve put together a panel of speakers – including Collingwood defender Harry O’Brien – that we hope will open your eyes to what Australian sporting leagues, clubs and associations can do with social and digital media.

Not only that, but we have presenters from print media speaking about how digital technology is changing their interaction with sport and a professional blogger to help users understand how you can make money from digital media.

The conference is being held at the MCG on July 7, 2010 and will be a full day with meals (and booze :) ) included. I’d love to see you there!
